1. No Refund After Registration

All registration, admission, course, examination and related fees paid to IBAVS are non-refundable once registration has been completed.

Once a student completes the registration process and payment is confirmed, the registration is considered final. Fees cannot be refunded due to a change of mind, failure to attend classes, personal circumstances, inability to complete the course, or any other reason initiated by the student.

2. Before Making Payment

Students and applicants are advised to carefully review the course details, eligibility requirements, duration, fees and other applicable terms before completing registration and payment.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

In the event of a genuine duplicate payment or an incorrect payment caused by a technical or payment-processing error, the matter may be reviewed by IBAVS. Any refund in such circumstances will be subject to verification and approval.

4. Cancellation by IBAVS

If IBAVS is unable to provide a registered program due to circumstances attributable to IBAVS, the organization may, at its discretion, provide an appropriate alternative arrangement or refund in accordance with the circumstances and applicable policies.
